1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification with a tracking ID once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: We offer reliable shipping across India. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Charges: * Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹40 will be charged for orders below ₹499.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across most pin codes in India.
Please ensure you provide a complete address and an active mobile number to ensure smooth COD verification and delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.

5. Damaged or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, or if the package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hamarveda@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue with our courier partner.
